Kingsland Wildflowers Festival Returns | July 31, 2021

The Annual Kingsland Wildflowers Festival is back! Join us and our partners on Saturday, July 31 from 4 to 9 pm for a fun-filled summer evening on Brooklyn’s premier green rooftop, Kingsland Wildflowers at Broadway Stages.

This year’s programming will include a variety of performances curated by NOoSPHERE Arts, family-friendly activities, native plant sales, Kingsland Wildflowers harvested seed give-away, guided rooftop tours, creekside marine ecology activities, and educational opportunities about our green roof gardens. Food and beverages will also be available. Details about programming will be coming soon, so stay tuned!

The event is free, but registration is encouraged and greatly appreciated. If you are interested in lending a hand with event planning, please register as a volunteer; you will hear back from the event organizers at Newtown Creek Alliance. We welcome your support as we work together to nurture and advance ecosystem services that are critical to our habitat and share the experience of our green rooftop meadows with our community.
