When the weather gets hot on Staten Island, locals know just the spot to beat the heat – the legendary Egger’s Ice Cream Parlor. This Staten Island staple has been around since 1932. Today, you can find them at any one of three locations across Staten Island, making their wonderful, handcrafted ice cream easy to find and enjoy. True to their roots, Egger’s offers the full gambit of classic ice cream flavors, from chocolate chip and cookies & cream, to butter pecan and vanilla. But they also offer flavors of the month like lavender honey and salted caramel pretzel. You can even enjoy your ice cream in an Egger’s igloo or host an Egger’s birthday party! The Richmond and Forest shops are open all week, and the Urby location is open Thursday through Sunday. Egger’s also offers online orders for delivery and pickup.
