Business Spotlight | Syrena Bakery

With the city gearing up to reopen we are bringing back our business spotlight series to help promote local businesses and encourage you to safely visit, make a purchase or support them with a positive post on social media. We begin with Syrena Bakery on Norman Avenue in Greenpoint. The bakery was established almost 25 years ago with the goal of providing the highest quality and best tasting baked goods for the Greenpoint community. Their authentic breads and rolls come from Old World European recipes – apple strudels, cheesecakes and pastries are made just as they were in Europe a long time ago. Dedicate to serving delicious baked goods, Syrena Bakery is committed to satisfy every customer.

Broadway Stages recently partnered with Syrena Bakery and ordered 200 loaves of their delicious bread to donate to a food bank in Bushwick, set-up by Anita Haines with the Ujima Community Working Together. Thank you, Syrena Bakery, for nourishing our community and for your generous support of our neighbors during COVID-19.
