Today the Broadway Stages office staff was treated to Cantonese from the Dim Sum Bar in Williamsburg at 167 Grand Street. Wow! What an amazing lunch. Whether you are a dim sum aficionado or never tried dim sum, this is the place to go and it’s right here in Brooklyn. As usual, our Friday staff lunch was a smorgasbord of delicacies offered at Dim Sum Bar. We dined on pot stickers, steamed chicken and cha siu bao, crispy pan fried noodles, orange chicken, dim sum bar fried rice, steamy garlic shrimp, wonton soup, mo-er, scallion pancakes, spicy eggplant with minced pork, and of course dim sum. What a delightful and delicious meal. If you are in the mood for dim sum or other Chinese cuisine, we highly recommend Dim Sum Bar in Brooklyn.
