"Evil" Returning for Season Two This Month
/As the City gradually reopens we are also seeing more productions filming at our facilities, and your favorite shows are returning, including CBS’s “Evil,” which will air the first episode of its long-awaited second season on Paramount Plus on Sunday, June 20, titled “N is for Night Terrors.” The first season finished up in January 2020, two months before COVID-19 shut down the television production industry around the world. The cast took to Zoom last fall to promote the upcoming season, which they filmed at Broadway Stages earlier this year. You won’t want to miss the premiere of season two! Be sure to mark your calendar.

The series, written and created by Robert and Michelle King, follows forensic psychologist Kristen Bouchard (Katja Herbers), Catholic seminarian David Acosta (Mike Colter), and techie Ben Shakir (Aasif Mandvi) as they investigate supernatural phenomena, like hauntings, demonic possessions, and other unexplained mysteries.
When we saw Kristen at the end of season one, her team was investigating RSM Fertility, a clinic that has ties to several of her cases. She visited the establishment before having her daughter Lexis, which raises many terrifying questions about the two characters that will hopefully be answered in the upcoming season.
