April 26th | NY State Expands Capacity at Zoos, Museums, Movie Theaters

The path toward a return to normalcy continues onward as New York schedules an increase in capacity for specific venues starting April 26th. Museums and Zoos will see a bump up to 50% capacity while movie theaters, one of the hardest-hit industries during the pandemic, will enjoy a much-needed increase to 33% capacity. Additionally, large indoor arenas such as sports stadiums will be increasing capacity to 25%. Just in time for the NBA playoffs! As vaccination rates rise, and COVID-19 rates fall, prepare to be hearing more about capacity increases in the coming months.
