Location, Location, Location – Our Glendale Property Provides it All

In both the Real Estate and TV/Film industries, location is critical. When it comes to filming a special scene, authenticity is the name of the game. In addition to 60 soundstages, Broadway Stages owns and operates a variety of unique filming locations throughout the City. One of our more popular properties is located in Glendale, Queens. Our industrial warehouse was home to the former Atlas Terminals industrial park that was built in the 1920’s. Today our property is known as Glendale tracks and features railroad tracks, alleyways and a former warehouse. This location is part of our seven-acre Glendale campus that includes seven soundstages, storage, office and ancillary space, as well as on-site parking for our clients. Our warehouse and surrounding area has played host to several productions that have shot some pretty intense scenes on location including Epix’s Godfather of Harlem, Hulu’s Ramy, NBC’s FBI, HBO Max’s The Flight Attendant and others. Broadway Stages is proud to call New York City home, honored to play a part in bringing economic growth to our community, and to meet the growing needs of the TV and film industry.
