This week’s business spotlight comes as NYC enters phase 3 and with it the reopening of many businesses we have not been able to patronize for several months, like beauty salons including Margaret’s Beauty Corner (MBC). A Greenpoint establishment that has been providing amazing services to our community for over 25 years, MBC specializes in European facials, waxing, henna, nail care, microdermabrasion, and UV free spray tanning.

MBC will reopen on Monday, July 6 by appointment only. You can expect the same amazing service, but there are a few changes in place in order to ensure your safety. To begin with, appointments are required for all services, customers and technicians will be required to wear a mask and have their temperatures read upon arrival. Curb side check-in has been implemented to help ensure MBC is able to maintain appropriate social distancing requirements, and the frequency and scope of the salon’s sanitation routine has been ramped up, including disinfection in between each appointment.
