BAM is a multi-arts center that is home to classical and new pieces in theater, dance, music, opera, and film.

BAM provides a global platform for artists to share their skills and create new creative performances. Inspired by BAM artists and their craft, Gina provides financial assistance to support the artists at its King and Country Benefit. Not only do clothing drives help people in need, but they are environmentally friendly, as unwanted items are donated rather than thrown away.

As a financial contributor to the Ujima Community Working Together's (UCWT) dress drive, Gina provided recipients with new clothing to wear to the prom. Gina encourages everyone to donate and contribute new or used clothing to clothing drives instead of throwing items away.

Gina Argento Promotes Heart Disease Awareness for Women

Broadway Stages President Gina Argento is going Red for Women! Gina helps lead the conversation about heart disease in women as a member of the Go Red for Women leadership committee. Heart disease is a serious condition affecting one in three women, and Go Red for Women is the American Heart Association's national movement to end heart disease and stroke in women.

In addition to being a member of the committee, Gina assists the cause by providing financial donations to help advocate for women's health and give women access to quality healthcare. She believes that awareness, education, and treatment information are essential to minimizing the disease's harmful impacts.

Broadway Stages Gina Argento Supports Robotics Education

The St. Ignatius School recently held its 20th Anniversary Scholarship Benefit, and Gina, on behalf of Broadway Stages, contributed to ensure that students continue to have access to scholarships that support their educational studies. She hopes that her investment will inspire others to get involved in providing quality education for middle school students.

Gina is also committed to funding the school's robotics program, which allows students to explore STEM-based education and offers hands-on learning. The program is a great way to introduce middle school students to the fundamentals of robotics and computer science.

Gina Argento and Broadway Stages Help Budding Journalists Learn at the YMCA

Broadway Stages President Gina Argento has expanded her outreach to YMCA in Flushing.

The Flushing YMCA at JHS 189 is a community-based organization that is focused on cultivating experiences for youth development and education. The YMCA endorses a journalism program to encourage student participants to create and publish an annual YMCA magazine. As part of the program, participants enjoy a Broadway show to mimic real-life journalism with this year's review set for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

This year's budget was reduced, so funding was needed to purchase tickets and secure transportation to the event. As part of her commitment to advancing local educational opportunities, Gina financed the remainder of the needed funds. Gina Argento Is Helping Bushwick and Brooklyn Stay Clean

Gina Argento, President of Broadway Stages, encourages everyone to take part in keeping Brooklyn clean.

Gina is working in collaboration with the organization Ujima Community Working Together (UCWT) to remove graffiti from local community buildings. UCWT's graffiti removal initiative is an important part of cleaning unwanted and illegal vandalism on Bushwick resident buildings and businesses. The initiative partners local students and volunteers, including the 83rd Precinct, to team up and remove graffiti together.

Gina Argento Helps Brooklyn Animal Resource Coalition Provide Quality Care for Animals

Gina Argento, President of Broadway Stages, shared Valentine's Day love with the Brooklyn Animal Resource Coalition (BARC) at its annual Valentine Dinner Dance. BARC is a temporary shelter of love for abandoned animals until a permanent home is found. Animals there receive quality care, food, shelter, and most importantly love.

As a contributor to the event, Gina is able to support the health and care of animals in BARC programs. Her financial donations will also aid in training BARC staff and maintenance of BARC facilities. Gina encourages everyone to support BARC's mission today and spread the love to all animals.
