We own and operate 60 soundstages throughout Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.

Class 1 stages have minimum of 7000 square feet of contiguous space.
Class 2 stages include minimum of 7000 square feet of contiguous space and:
- incorporates a permanent grid.
  - is column-free with a clear height of at least sixteen feet under the permanent grid.
  - is soundproofed with a Noise Criteria (“NC”) of 30 or better.
  - has sufficient heating and air conditioning without the need for supplemental units.
  - has sufficient built-in electric service without the need for generators.
