NBC's "Lincoln" Debuts at New York Comic Con
Our sound stages have been busy with filming a number of new television programs that will debut in 2020. One of those shows recently caused a buzz right here in New York.
“Lincoln” inspired by the best-selling book The Bone Collector, will air on NBC next year, but lucky fans got a sneak preview last week at New York Comic Con. The show follows forensic criminologist Lincoln Rhyme as he teams up with novice officer Amelia Sachs to track the serial killer known as the Bone Collector.
The cast and executive producers of “Lincoln” sat for a Q&A session at Comic Con where they told fans what to expect and talked about how the program differs from other cop shows. The one-hour drama stars Russell Hornsby (recently seen as Detective Hank Griffin on ”Grimm”) as Lincoln, Arielle Kebbel as Amelia, and Michael Imperioli (known for playing Christopher Moltisanti on “The Sopranos”) as Lincoln’s partner.
Look for “Lincoln” to air on NBC in the spring as a mid-season replacement. And until then, you can watch lots of shows filmed in your own backyard at Broadway Stages.
